I wish everyone was a composer so we could all just sit and talk over tea about how much we love borrowed chords, melodious extensions, and tritone substitution.

I bought a Korg!

Finally got that D major piano piece coherent enough to pitch to the band and start writing parts. It’s getting a great vibe going but it needs either two guitars or an extra person to trade drums/piano with me. Too bad nobody cares except the band. Felt like posting anyway.

Ugh. We had a celebrity in the resort and people were being total dicks, even employees were bothering his family. Luckily we in the arcade treat everybody with dignity.
